Hello, Just having a bit of back and forth with our friends at Microsoft support. For a little while now, our staff haven't been able to set Out of Office, or signatures via OWA. The relatively new account settings pane, where these features have moved to is completely blank. I've done plenty of checks - mailbox policies aren't getting in the way, and CAS and OWA features are all enabled as they out to be. Setting OOO via powershell or admin centre does work, so the functionality is there on the backend. I spoke to support, and they are basically giving me a LLM generated response telling me to upgrade from Microsoft 365 A1 for Faculty to A3, because having these settings in OWA is apparently a "premium" feature. This can't be right can it?! Does anyone else see the same behaviour? Thanks in advance!

Behold, the CLAW. (Caps for shouty-ness, not acronym-ness, although suggestions of backronyms will be considered.) Fashioned from a fork, a bunch of cable ties, and the mounting strip from an old Smartboard, this feat of IT office junk engineering has proved to be a versatile tool for many common IT related tasks, such as - retrieving keys from the backs of radiators, ceiling tile prodding, and back scratching. It also doubles as a fine deterrent of our less desirable support desk customers - -
Hi localzuk. Any room on the server for a bit of an edu-lurker? I'm completely new to FTB, so I promise I won't bog the server down with fancy contraptions. I teach using MinecraftEdu which has recently added support for a wider range of mods, so learning for myself how to use fancy gizmos will help me build better maps for the kids. Cheers. Oh, my Minecraft name is MrThom.

Final bump for these. I'll be calling the recycling people at the end of the day. Best Arsenal joke claims the lot!

Hello, I've a job lot of HP colour lasers up for grabs after moving to a managed print service. In total, we have 7x 2600's and 3x 2550's. All in a heavy used state, so could possibly do with a bit of a service. I can also chuck in some toner. I need to get rid by the middle of next week, so if I don't have any takers by then, I'll have to call in the recycling people. Ideally I'd like someone to take the lot, or at least a big chunk of them. They are available for pickup now in Bradford, BD9 6LL. I'll also be posting (for sale) our Xerox 7400 and 6360 if anyone is in the market for something a bit more advanced. Thanks!

Could this be considered under the best flash intro category? Tables chairs hire, furniture hire, events,Rochdale,Lancashire,Manchester,UK It's the only place to go to hire furniture for an apocalyptic rave.

I had the same issue with white lines and graphics glitches on our 320s. I passed a kernel arg to set the VGA mode, can't remember which mode I chose in the end, but thats the general direction you need to be looking. Also ACPI=off helps with these machines. Good luck. FOG is amazing when it behaves itself. Edit: If you use vga=ask you will be presented with a list of modes to experiment with

Tony, did you ever hear anything back from DropBox? Do they have plans to sign the safe harbour agreement, and would that be enough to satisfy the law? I'm looking at their team accounts, could solve a lot of problems.

Can you install BoardMaker onto a NetBook that has no CD Drive?
lasercat replied to soveryapt's topic in Educational Software
Never used BoardMaker, so I'm just guessing here. If it's a requirement you have a CD in the drive to install, and can't just run the setup over the network, you could maybe look at something like virtual clone drive which will create a virtual CD drive. You'll just need to mount an ISO image of the CD. -
Up for grabs is a free 27U (I think 800 deep) coms cab, never been used, ordered in error by a friend of mine. Its free to collect if you're near the Bradford area, but shipping costs can be discussed if you're in the north. Basically he needs it shifting this week or its heading for the scrap yard. Please PM me if you're interested, and I'll hook you up with the contact details. Cheers!
