Grumpy do you still have problems with communication from PSF or have they sorted you out now? I seem to have a similar problem that when I ask 'tricky questions' they stop communications and do not seem to respond. I am also in the SW region. Does anyone else have any comments about the new ECTS helpdesk they have just introduced for an additiional £1,500 ontop of current contract costs?
