About Michael0814

  1. In my experience, having used 4 different help desk systems over the last 10 years, I have to say the modern variants are much better than the old, convoluted, and expensive systems that were popular at the turn of the century. Currently, I am a happy user of www.focalscope.com . It has all the features one expects from a help desk solution, but an interface that puts it together in a way that makes it easy to use, not confusing. That and the fact that it is reasonably priced + cloud hosted, made it an clear-cut winner for me.
  2. Cheaper, but just as effective is FocalScope. I’ve tried the trial edition of both systems, and I thought so much of FocalScope, I signed up for a 5 user account. It is highly customizable but very easy to use, and those are the primary criteria I had for a help desk solution.
  3. I have to try this one. I have my openoffice as back-up in case my MS bogs down.
  4. Thanks for this recommendation.... seems it works.
  5. Hi... i'm still using Adobe Audition 1.5. Do you know how to turn on the audio monitor while in recording mode? I can't find the interface for it in the panel. Thanks.
