  1. We don't currently have Vivo enable on our Frog...! but I got this message yesterday.... Following our email of 23rd September, we have an update for customers who were experiencing problems with single sign-on (SSO) from Frog. Frog have now upgraded their Vivo widget, and this seems to have resolved the underlying problem. Affected Vivo customers can now upgrade to the latest version of Frog's Vivo widget (v1.2) and this should fix the SSO issue without requiring any changes to the security settings of Internet Explorer. If you changed your security settings in IE as a result of our previous email, we suggest that you revert the workaround by changing the IE setting Internet Options>Security>Internet> Custom level>Miscellaneous>Access data source across domains to Disabled
  2. I recently had this from Vivo; We've recently changed the way in which Vivo works by updating our authentication method by which users can log in. This may have had an impact on your ability to login via Single Sign On (SSO) through Frog, Moodle and ePortal. We've found that a configuration option in Internet Explorer can cause this problem. In order to help resolve this please can you please apply the following change in Internet Explorer: Internet Options>Security>Internet>Custom level>Miscellaneous>Access data source across domains>Enable This can also be pushed out at a Group Policy level.
  3. Found it, just in case somebody else gets the same prob here's the answer :-
  4. Has any one else had similar probs? Any Win 7 Pro 64 Bit pc or laptop when trying to browse shares on Win2003 Server Standard Sp2, very slow i.e. Not trying to open but just trying to access and list contents of a share. Only documents are in folders, but you can watch the green search slider at top of window scroll slowly like its searching hundreds of files! (its not maybe 20 docs and spreadsheets) Have also had very slow connection times when trying to set up ODBC connections to an SQL installation on the same server (again Win 7 64 bit) time is approx 20 mins to browse and connect!!! No such problems on a 32 bit machine- instant connection and browsing and ODBC connection. Any thoughts? have google and seems to be a recurring issue but no clear answers!! Thanks for any help N
