I solve the issue in the end (with no help from Capita). I changed the connection string so the actual IP address of the server was included and it worked.

Hi, I have the reason 2 error when using a VPN. Can you advice me what the connect.ini file should read? Also what is Hosts and what should I do with it? Thank you in advance for your help. Desi
