i must to do upgrading to the windows server 2012, because of i have legacy technology that has requirements for the the windows server 2012.i need help what i do the first upgrade the ad, next the CA....

In my organization i have domain network with windows server 2008. i'm planning migration to domain network windows server 2012. my network has: AD, Certificate server,DHCP, WSUS. which order for upgrading? maybe the first, i must upgrade AD? can you give me some guide
