There's a few in our house, shame really because my playing's probably on par with a cat running down the fretboard. Currently got three electrics (Fender 2001 Tele, Yamaha Pacifica 115 and an Atlas Luxurious), an acoustic (Custom Washburn) and a bass (Some cheap fender..thing). The amps are all just cheap little things that I don't even know the brand of.. I only really use my guitar when sat in a loading screen or something, know the odd intro / riff here and there, I'll eventually try and pick it up properly On the guitarists front, Steve Vai (went to see him in August, aweeesome), Devin Townsend and Joe Satriani. My stepdad used to tab country music, and played a lot of Vai, Satriani etc when he was younger, so I grew up around guitars and something musical being on at all times. Most of the guitars up there are his, shame we don't have the old ones any more, had a Jem, a Strat and a Schecter at various points through the past few years.

Played a few games last night, had to struggle with some HORRIBLE artifacting through the tutorial until I could close and turn off my crossfire, you'd think I'd have learned by now not to use it on first play, but hey ho. Enjoyed what I played, the AI farm kinda reminds me of playing DOTA, but more enjoyable.. something strangely satisfying about that SMART pistol lock-on too. So far I've had more luck out of a titan than in one, but I'm learning the dos and do nots still. Dome shields are bad, firing an anti titan weapon while rodeo-ing, also bad. Looking forward to giving it a proper go tonight, the free-running aspect is really nice, flows really smoothly, though I haven't used it as much as I'd like to.. might take to sprinting around roof tops at some point.

Second Justified, love that show, weird seeing Olyphant in a setting other than Hitman though.. think I've just seen it too much At the minute my list of shows I've been watching is: Almost Human Castle The Tomorrow People White Collar Dexter (Now finished) Then the usual Game of Thrones, Walking Dead, yada yada.. you know the ones I've been recommended Person of Interest and Revolution, so I'll be taking a look at them soon. Probably Agents of Shield at some point too.

I'll be hitting the demo when it goes open for PC players, looks pretty good!

I've wanted this since I saw the video a few weeks back

16 hours played so far for me, between my group, probably somewhere close to 100 hours. We like it, never really played it as a Zombie Survival Game, just a "build a house, now build another, now wall off.. cool we has compound... kill all the things time." There's something satisfying about having a group of 4 people trying to break into your little base for nearly 3 hours and failing every single time. Knowing that as soon as you log out the place is vulnerable is something I haven't seen too much in other games. Also, with regard to the whole Zombie removal thing, they addressed that in a Status Update a while back: Looks like they've been wanting to branch out from the Zombie Survival genre for a while, but just didn't know how to.

The top right name is your account name, nobody sees this other than you I don't think. To change what's displayed to others, you can open the friends list snapout (right click system tray icon > friends) and click the drop down arrow next to your current name, then at the bottom of the list you should see "Change Profile Name" The profile name is what's displayed to others, you can even see what names people have used in the past (but only since you've had them added) by right clicking on them in the friends list and selecting "View Aliases"

I've been playing violent games since I was about 8 (GTA 2 ftw), I saw my stepdad playing them, and thought they looked more fun than the bob the builder and Disney games I'd been playing til that point. I was allowed to watch while he explained what the difference was between them and real life, and then he guided me through playing them, and we'd start playing them together, either co-op or taking turns. The whole time I knew what I was doing was not to be done in real life, because he pointed it all out before I'd even taken hold of the mouse. That's now 12 years of violent video games, and I've not once decided to go out and run over a granny for the little bundle of green paper she drops, or throw bricks through peoples windows for fun. Video games don't make you a violent person, yes, I can see how they may be impressionable on people, but if you can't differentiate between right and wrong because "It was okay in a game" there's something inherently not right there. Whether it be personal perceptions of morality or not being brought up in the correct way to know the difference. As for playing games leading to spending no time socialising and not developing social skills.. I was playing MMOs with people from 14, talking to people was never a problem in real life or online, if anything it made me more confident with talking to others. With the addition of all the voice communication stuff on consoles now, the massive focus of multiplayer over the last decade and things like Ventrilo and Skype for PC.. socialising is as much a part of the games now as the game play itself.

Need to start getting to more Gigs.. last proper one I went to was (there's some on there that aren't shot on a phone camera, but it was Tender Surrender.. had to be done) Last one that I actually went to though was Acid Drop I think.. went for one of the supporting acts though and had to leave before they came on.

Should be Dr Who winning though really, it's been around what, 55ish years longer than Sherlock? It's had longer to become an influence on society Plus, everyone's seen an episode or two of Doctor Who, I didn't even know Sherlock existed til last year Though the line "TOWIE..wtf?" would be rather amusing to see...

Some wonderful people have been tinkering away recreating Red Alert, Tiberian Dawn (C&C1) and Dune 2000 in their own engine, complete with full Multiplayer capabilities, available for free on their website OpenRA. They've tried to stay true to the originals where possible, with a few nice tweaks (Dune 2000 tank changes to differentiate between the factions, UI changes to make things more accessible, hotkeys etc) and they're still working on bringing some features out, but it may be worth a download for anyone who misses the days of rolling Mammoth Tanks over poor unsuspecting infantry. We tend to have a few games that we keep going back to, depending what mood we're in.. varying consoles: Street Fighter X Tekken (PS3/360) Street Fighter 4 (PS3/360) Mortal Kombat (Newest version PS3) Mario Kart Double Dash (Gamecube) Mario Party (N64) Golden Eye (N64) Injustice (PS4) Used to hammer Halo 3, but it's been a very long time since that's seen the light of day now.

The Ship is awesome, I absolutely love it! Found loads of weird little shortcuts to get the drops on my mates.. moving vending machines, shower cubicles.. ninja ninja!

I've got the Shadow Warrior version, played the first level in the temple, shut down, loaded up Viscera and decided it was time to clean up the mess I made. Oddly relaxing game

Skyrim on 2x HD 6870s with the HD texture pack is shiiiiiny. Though it took them a year to fix crossfire support.
