We bought Access-It last year and threw it out after a month. It is a very sophisticated system but it is not geared to school libraries and it does not allow you to customise pages to work around the conflicts. Worst of all though is that the Access-It office are not supportive, open to suggestions and have very limited manpower. We moved on to Eclipse 2, which isn't perfect but can be moulded to suit a school's needs. Hope that helps!
