Using windows live mail on her pc and outlook on the other pc, her colleague has the head's mail account set up as an additional account within outlook. not up to speed with the ipads yet we have a lot of ipads around the school that could pick up the mail if set up on icloud?

Hi Can anyone tell me of a way to synchronise email between two PC's and an Ipad? The Head Teacher would like to be able to manage her emails on her pc and IPad and allow another colleague to manage them from a PC. I understand that setting up the accounts on each device using IMAP will do this automatically but the nemismail server that i connect to doesn't have IMAP. is there a way of synchronising using POP3 or is this a lost cause?
