The error's never really borrowed me neither. The joy factor always outweighed the crashes, plus it seemed to be an inherent skills to apply the art's of tinkering you Amiga to get it running smoothly. That's some serious grunt you've got in your tower. I'm assuming that you had applied it to some graphical application or music sequencing.

Impressive.....Most impressive. I'll have to follow suit, and purchase me tv purely for Amiga use only. not to turn this thread into an Amiga Fansite - 2mb must be flying on an A500?

Cheers @sonofsanta. For all it's faults, I cant bear to part with my Amiga. Class machine. Though mine's still packaged away in the attic, yet to make an appearance. A1200 + HD + Blizzard graphics.

Hi one & all, I'm Gaz and work for a college based up in God's country - good ol' Rhondda Cynon Taff. I've been an IT support Techy now for just shy of 3 years, supporting Academic & student's alike. I have 4 other counterparts at other college sites in South Wales, with an Assistant manager & IT manager above us. And together I think we're one of the smallest IT team's around in comparisons to other college's. Recently it's been all change on the F.E. front with merger's and buy outs happening all over Wales due to the WAG's new policies. Interesting times... Great work on the forums.

Praise ya thee the geek god's shining all their glory unto us - we should all bask in their shining goodness. We've had a fair few contractors up at the college, and in my experience I've found the dodgy ones to be the more helpful and generally adaptive to a more troublesome job. Their also more willing to 'turn a blind eye' to surplus materials/supplies that get "disposed" of by us IT techy's.

I've had my Gen 8 honda civ now for well over 2 years now. Bought it on a 56 plate, and it's been nothing more than trouble free motoring - Bliss. Still riding around on the same tyres chucking in yearly averages, but that might be down to my smooth driving & switching them front to back.

Here be mine... [ATTACH=CONFIG]12738[/ATTACH] The wallpaper is a Win 7 theme pack, with some decent HD pics with it. Shuffles as & when - the lady hairdressing tutor's (our most common customers) seem to like it. :D I'm a bit old skool when it come to tiling my windows; very rare I have maximize on - a habit I have'nt shaken since my Amiga days.

Found this on the MoneySavingExpert, Lock Lite's for keys. Could come in handy, especially if your server's room's are like our, with only one working strip light. Can find them on IwantoneOfThose or Gadget point
