    I've never done it specifically for the census but I do send out 1 data checking sheet a year and then just update throughout the year as and when parents ring in.

    Is it to do with lesson monitor setup in sims.net. You need to add the extra 2 periods to the teaching day. Tools>setups>lesson monitor options>lesson monitor setup.

    Did you sort this. It sound like you forgot to send the timetable cycle across from nova to sims.net before you sent the timetable. At the beginning of the new year you need to tell sims.net what the t/t cycle will be and then send the actual timetable across.

    Hi, If you look in sims.net under tools>set ups> user options you can change the colour of sims.

    I would love to take a look at the templates for your student and class profiles.
