    It could be that his password is not complex enough. This caught me out with the exams module when they brought it in.

    Can you check to see if anybody has inadvertently entered a 'Z' code as we have had that happen before.

    In system manager - manage users if you search in find users, there is a column called Sims roles. If the only role for the account is user then it is not connected to a Sims record.

    You need both conditions to be correct so should use and instead of or for the two time conditions. For break the time should be after 11:05 and before 11:20.

    In the Solus deployment GUI under Environment Targets you can add workstations without Sims to the targets list and specifying whether you just want Sims or Discover. This will install the Solus client on the workstation, which then installs the latest version of Sims.

    Are you able to check the log for the computer that was used? If so you will be able to see what user was used to access the BBC web site.
