Hi, This is John from Microsoft, sorry you're having difficulties searching with clipart. What version of Office do you have deployed to your organization? Also, do you reproduce this issue using both the Clipart Taskpane and standalone Clip Organizer? If this is the issue I'm thinking of, it is specific to proxy authentication and we've fixed it in the Office 2007 release. I see that you've disabled online clips through the registry. Have you also tried unchecking "Web Collections" from the Clipart Taskpane "Search In" dropdown menu? Talk to you soon, Thanks, John [email protected]
