I am also having this problem with my A200 after updating the bios from toshiba website it will no longer accept my user password no matter how I boot. When I enter my regular password it always says incorrect. I can not find the W. Please be specific where it is or provide diagram. Kind thanks Toshiba Satellite A200-09v PSAW3D-09V08C
