    I have worked as an IT Teacher, School IT Manager and Educational Systems Architect for Hampshire County Council, I installed, configured & documented the Hampshire central SCCM & WSUS projects, and have now moved fully into the Workspace Management arena.   1. You could either add the required files to a .iso image and mount the virtual image to the machine, or create a text file, rename it , .FLP (which denotes a vmware floppy image) mount in a network connected machine, add files and them mount to isolated machine, or - probably the quickest way - use a spare USB key as your copy buffer - copy from physical pc to usb, mount to isolated vm, copy off.

Hi Craig, You may have seen it already, but there is a very useful freeware roles tool over at myitforum.com, link here - [apparently I need a post count of +2 to post links - so see below ] , - it allows you to automate the edit of customsettings.ini Im afraid my own experience of database manipulation within MDT / BDD has been frustrating to say the least. If you have have a licence agreement in place that allows you to purchase SCCM CALs cheaply, I would recommend this as the best couse of action for true automated ZTI deployments. Best, Toby
