it's so easy!!! i contact with Toshiba Customer Support and gave me those instructions: When the system start press F2 get inside the bios sytem, go to Security field and then to set a password. Set the password that already use then press Enter and press Enter 2 times again. The password now has been disabled from the laptop. It is ok now! i solve the problem! thanks for your interest!

hello, I put a bios password in a toshiba satellite laptop A300 - 20C. I want to reset it. Does anyone know how to do that?
