About ricky123

  1. Late reply - but noticed this thread is still coming up in Google for this issue Within the Office 2010 templates there is a setting under Microsoft Word 2010 -> Word Options -> Save -> Save As Open XML in Compaibility Mode. Enable this and message will be suppressed.
  2. I have had a request to install Activstudio Flipchart Viewer. It's from a teacher who needs to refer to Activstudio work she did in her last school (we don't have any Promethean software here). I have tried to download it from the following URL: Flipchart Viewer Agreement : Software : Promethean Planet And it results in a "Oops! Page Not Found" error. I have reported the error some days ago but have not heard back from Promethean. Where can I download this software from? Thanks.
  3. It is the same message as "This page contains both secure and nonsecure items" warning in older IE versions. So look for a policy that specifies that. Otherwise you can also set a policy by going to User Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Internet Explorer Maintenance -> Security ->Security Zones. Then you can import settings from your machine which would have to include a Custom Level Internet Security Settings with Display Mixed Content set as enable. It's messier that way but doable if no option in 2003.
  4. Group Policy is User Configuration -> Administrative Templates ->Windows Components -> Internet Explorer -> Internet Control Panel -> Security Page -> Internet Zone Display Mixed Content:Enable This should work for Windows Server 2008 Can't be sure this option is available on 2003 domain networks
