I had a problem with spiking on a Promethean model: prm-ab2-01.
I went to upgrade the firmware via the Control Panel option in the activ driver. I downlaoded the .bin file in a zip and during the upgrade, i got a message on screen that the upgrade failed. I rebooted with a view to retry the upgrade.
I have a problem now that, although the board powers up ok, the activ driver has a red x in the system tray and I cannot use the board interactively. I tried another teachers laptop that i know works ok with her Promethean and the same result. Red X.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
