hey all, been a while since i have logged on. i wonder if anyone can help. I have just been giving a copy of supertools and asked to install Information Workshop 2000. reading previous comments i have NO idea on where to start with this. ran the set up and had a look at the program but i have no idea where to go from here.... do i need to install the ISScript.msi through group policies too? is the info workshop.msi ok to run from GP =S i am a complete noob with this so go easy fella's ^_^

i have a really strange problem in one of my schools, we installed the printer about a month ago... and have not been able to print web pages from the get go. We are on server 2003, and as an administrator we can print them fine. Any other user tries and it jams the spooler and we have to restart and clear it. as i am pretty new to all this i was wondering if anyone knew of a solutions or could point me in the right direction. i am thinkin GP.. but not too sure where to start....

it seems to be working fine for me, and i have just looked at the website and saw some templates.... i have nto had my coffee yet... thats my excuse and i am sticking to it ^_^

Hey, i have been asked to install this rubbish onto the network in a school. i have had a brief run in with this when the Network version was not released, and found it was a pig! running the network version and everything seems to be running fine. just a few questions When run for the first time, is there suppose to be any default templates for the users? also is the Images, Mathmatics, literacy ect. drop down in the content manager suppose to be empty? and if so how does the user add objects to it? i have had a little play and already i am not liking ¬_¬
