Sorry I don't, it was my boss that told me about it and I won't see him for a couple of weeks now. Just to clarify its just monitoring of email content that we believe it covers in Ofsted. The 'real-time' alerting of emails matching key phrases etc was an extra that I wondered if it existed on other products.

Well it seems no one has an answer for this! Just wondering what people do generally to monitor email usage by students, if at all? From our reading this is part of the new ofsted framework (it vaguely suggests it but not directly) Ian

We have been looking at e-safety and the use of e-mails by students, if there is any software for doing realtime monitoring of key phrases in Office 365 email, Ideally with alerts to admins/key staff. Obviously a product like impero will provide reporting within school but would not offer anything if emails are sent/recevied at home. I know Office 365 offers some functionality on this but doesnt give realtime alerts, they have to be set keyword/regular expression searches. Has anoyone come across a product that offers the features we require? Thank you Ian

Help! I am having the same issues, Word Art in Word 2010 wont print in A3 on our HP CP5225 Printers. It prints fine in A4 but nothing in A3. Strangest thing is it prints fine in Publisher! Ian

The problem I have seems to do with computer performance, a file can not work on an older slower machine but I can run it on my newer machine and it runs fine. The only rooms having this problem are the ones with the older machines in them.

I have got version 2.1.4027.0 is there an update to this? But an update should fix it you think?

I have searched for this and have unable to come up with an answer as to what is causing it. Students are creating moviemaker files and when they go back to them they sometimes get the error 'moviemaker cannot open this file' If i check the file on my machine it opens and works no problem so there is nothing wrong with the file. The problem seems to occur or occurs much more often on older slower computers rather than our newer ones. The machines have recently been re-imaged yet still develop this 'fault' I have tried reducing the hardware acceleration but this did nothing. Has anyone got any ideas as to what is causing this or a solution to fixing it (apart from not using movemaker!)? Thanks for any help Ian
