You will have good organisational and interpersonal skills, have a willingness to learn, be a confident user of Windows XP and Microsoft Office Applications, enjoy working in an educational environment, and have a customer focused approach. You will have good organisational, interpersonal, troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, have a willingness to learn and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Experience of ICT support within a team, ideally in the education sector is desired, covering tasks such as: hardware, software, server & network maintenance. Experience of the following software/operating systems is desirable, as are good networking skills. Windows XP, Windows Server 2003/8, Exchange Server 2003, PHP/MySQL, MAC and RM CC3 Networks.
