  1. Been there today (just on train home). Missed *every* talk I'd planned to go to coz I was gas-bagging with people on the stands. So not much help sorry...
  2. About to book this and wife informs me I can't go coz she's off to see Take That with one of her mates that day >
  3. I'm going this year
  4. It's not just car brands, and it's not just the UK... In NZ we used to say many things completely differently when i was younger, including Subaru: soo-bar-roo vs suba-roo Nestlé: ness-il vs ness-lay Pantene: pan-teen vs pan-10 (e.g https://youtu.be/CS6KFtdTiRg)
  5. Can you get Tim Tams in the UK? (Toffee Pops were always my fav in NZ)
  6. I remember many years ago doing a massive robocopy (from my PC) between 2 servers. It was taking aaaaaaages. So I stopped it and ran it again from one of the servers. It went like lightening. The first job was sending all the copying *via* my PC.
  7. We use a GEIST product and I'm very happy with it. Have also connected reed switches on the office doors and windows, and water sensors (as we've had a couple of floods) /showthread.php?t=113932
  8. There is that. But I find it advantageous to know that little Johnny has googled "how to commit suicide" in realtime rather than in a summary email at 12:46am... :/ I'll have to take a closer look at the custom ones tho. (I do use the Daily Top10 already). Thanks.
  9. It's not granular enough for my needs. A Daily/Weekly/Monthly report of one of the 5 inbuilt reports (of which "extremism" isn't one for me... unless you mean as included in the "Policy Violators" report(?) which is far too generic for my needs... finding stuff is like finding a needle in the haystack... and the PDFs aren't text searchable for me either) doesn't cut the mustard here. FastVue gives us realtime alerts, and the reports you can run or schedule are very granular.
  10. +1 for Sophos UTM here. Although I do NOT rate the (inbuilt) reporting in the SG appliances very highly. However, when you pump the syslogs out to FastVue Reporter then the reporting is excellent! (The inbuilt in the XG appliances may be different but I don't have any familiarity of that product)
  11. The company who we bought it from (and who also provide the support for it) don't like installing the latest and greatest versions until they have thoroughly tested it themselves. If I upgrade it myself then they won't support it... However, I've now managed to get v1.3.2 of the Add-on (which I've confirmed does work with Outlook 2016) from here: https://t.co/7jbmnPi4jT
  12. If so, are you running a firmware newer than 9.404-5 please? If so again, what version of the Sophos Outlook Add-on do you get from the Email Protection / SPX Encryption download section please?? (The one I get is called soa_13_en.zip and it doesn't work with Office 2016 ) Sophos Support say this is resolved with a newer firmware, but this isn't an option at present. I'm hoping someone else might have a new SOA installer and be able to send it to me?
  13. I've also been contemplating password policies etc lately, particularly blacklisting etc. Having searched EG a bit more, I was happy to see some (old) posts about Specops Password Policy Basic which was free Having contacted them last night, I got a reply from Alan today. Sadly, the 'Basic' product is no longer offered, and the full-fat version comes at a cost of several hundreds of pounds
  14. Good Morning @Al_NetSupport !
  15. Not sure about price, or even if they're available in the UK, but for sheer quality I would recommend a Macpac. I still use a Day Pack that I bought in 1990(!) I think it's indestructible. It's SO comfortable too. Not too big, not too small. (hence day pack, and not backpack). I even took it (again) to BETT this year to carry all the loot... Day Packs & Backpacks | Macpac NZ

  17. Permissions.... Have you granted Domain Computers read access to the GPO? (a Windows Update a few months ago caused havoc with this for us)
  18. Incorrect. It's been free for quite a while now... I applied for more than 10 licenses a few months ago and got them free no probs. https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/techcrunch.com/2014/03/05/zoho-seeks-to-disrupt-it-helpdesk-market-by-offering-servicedesk-for-free/amp/
  19. They might be able to buy up the remnants cheap... Avaya have just filed for bankruptcy...
  20. We can do our own ADFS, and the drive mapper is all I need (at the moment), so any price is a lot compared to OneDriveMapper which is free...

    Map

Has a floorplan map (I usually print it off on A3) been released for this year yet? (I can't find one, but in previous years it's been hard to find)
