Hi One of our server failed today and been trying to recover the data from the tape from another server. As the server does not have the catalog files it cannot recover any files. Sorry if it a basic question but never done this before Thanks for the help P.s. Using NTbackup

Hi Been trying for a few weeks now to convince my boss to upgrade out very old printers (we have black lasers and a colour inkjet on a crap print external print server that don't work). He seems to think the only improtant thing is cost per page but trying to explain other benfits seem not to be imprtant. We currely have HP Business inkjets 2800 and would like to replace them with brother hl-4040cn Did a quick cost per page and seem pretty close maybe inkjet wins, but from experience i know they are crap and stats really don't work out in real life. Any help or suggestions on technicas to get him come round would be very helpful

Hi I hope someone can help. We are having realy problems with staff using flip cameras and downloading the files . That not a problem but as they enccoed in MP4 and are mostly over 1gb in size that meaning we have around 100gb plus on server which is running out of space fast (i give it a couple of month before it full). I'm looking at compress the files as much as we can. I'm looking for the following software to be able to do: Compress video and not lose to much quality if possible be able to run on schedule convert video into same folder and overwrite other file ability to search network drive for videos files and compress in batch Thanks in advance Also really have no money to spend

Hi Thanks is that so the USB interface works properly, this my first time installing this kind of printer, and thought it would just be like any other printer, maybe with some tweaking to get it to print correctly. I was pretty annoyed it didn't come with setup disc, and the ISO on their website downloads but is corrupt https://download.epson-biz.com/modules/pos/index.php?page=single_soft&cid=2765&pcat=3&scat=48 Anyone else amange to download this or have another copy

Hi I'm having problems getting this printer to work with are xp sp3 stations. I used the epson advance printer drivers and several utilities but the best I can get is printer to say Not available. I spent hours trying to get this to work, you would think a USB printer would be easy to configure. but i must be missing something simple. Anyone could help would be great??

Hi All Maybe i plan too much but wondered what people plans are for summer. Currently trying to get school to spend money on refreshing very old PC's over 5 most some are 10, which is really really bad pratice. I mange to fix it today, after a long time trying, it was Kaspersky, seem port 3389 was blocked on a certain group and not others, it confussed me as we moved statinos between the groups but the policy stayed with the PC. I blame my old boss as She set it all up and was pretty mad ot be honest
