No RDP is enable and is able to remote while at work, but not via VPN

Hi Hope this th eright forum to post in. We having serious issues with are VPN at are school. Some of the senior members of staff use VPN to remote in from home, the problem is that it seems to stop working for some computers and not others. All users can connect to the VPN I can connect to all servers on site I can connenect to 2 stations in are office I change the ip/mac address on are stations and they still work We setup other pc with extactly same hardware software/settings and still not working We had one pc that really needed vpn access, so we swapped over with one that worked, and then the one that was in are office started to work, (without us changing anything on it) Try re-installing all software and still not working I have contacted KCN that setup are VPN, they were little of no help, saying is the VPN worked it must be a problem on are side. Something may of been setup by my former boss before i started, but looked on servers and can't see anything. Sorry if this very long, Any help or ideas to try would be great We on a CC3 network if that makes any differences using kaspersky for antivirus
