  1. Job listing has now ended.
  2. If you need any other details let me know, or email [email protected] IT Network Manager
  3. Witch, I am about to do the same thing you are doing. I also spoke to SWGFL about 4 months ago about the migration and they said it was a free service but there were a few delays - that has obviously now changed. I have since synced all users via windows azure link up and verified an alternate domain name ready, so mailbox migration is the next step... I just wanted to add that after looking at the imap migration tool, I think it should work for you. Have you ever set a user up at your school with an imap mailbox on outlook? The incoming mail server just gets set to imap.domainname.gloucs.sch.uk. Let me know what stage you are at and we can probably do the project together. Andy
  4. We have a position available for an ICT Technician at Winchcombe School. The school is located in Gloucestershire. The advert and spec are on our website If you need any more details, you can either send me a pm or email - [email protected]
  5. Just out of interest, is it all sites or just sites with flash content? Also, try temporarily turning off protected mode in internet explorer to see if it makes a difference.
  6. Uninstall WebDav to solve problem 2 & 3 listed above. Helpdesk is now working superbly.
  7. Matt, Thanks for the reply, I already have HAP running for external access and various apps. So I already know how excellent it is. I will update you both on my progress with the helpdesk. Andy
  8. I am trying to update a ticket, /HAP/helpdesk/#ticket-3
  9. 405 - HTTP verb used to access this page is not allowed. Server Error 405 - HTTP verb used to access this page is not allowed. The page you are looking for cannot be displayed because an invalid method (HTTP verb) was used to attempt access.
  10. 1> From the homepage, select the "Tickets" tab and click on a ticket for a "404 - File or directory not found" - NB: I removed the files you listed as removable in your v7.5 notes so it is possible i have done something silly there... 2> When creating a new ticket as a user, you click on "File Ticket" but nothing appears to happen. In actual fact, the ticket HAS been filed. It is not then visible in your screen until you refresh the page too. 3> Updating a ticket as an admin doesn't seem to work - the window pops up, but nothing is written back on clicking okay. ------------------- I was having all three of the above problems similar to Matt, Nick was spot on with replacing the default.aspx page to fix 1 but I am still having issues identical to 2 and 3, did you ever get this working properly on your setup Matt? Everything else I am using is working perfectly. Massive thanks. Andy
  11. Just so you are aware, mine is also doing the same. I still love it though.
