Moodle - Word template to create Moodle XML Quiz

Great way to write a quiz, right in the word processor. But I had difficulty importing the answers to the questions into moodle, only the questions headings are imported, but the options are not. When i open the .xml I can see everything in there. Is there a workaround to this?
