LeightonJames, please try the following and let me know the outcome as I'm investigating a similar issue with our smartboards: Log on as any user Perform a calibration and check that the board is aligned Log off Log on as the same user as before. Is the board still aligned? Restart the PC and log on as the same user. Is the board still aligned?

I wouldn't bother using SMART products if you are running Windows 7. Under windows 7 you can not "set up" a smart board because the software keeps the hardware details in the USER registry! This means that every user that logs on to a PC connected to a smart board, will need to set up the board themselves. And if you get any issues with synchronisation of roaming profiles, then that everyuser will need to go through this process every single time the log on. As dumb as this seems, I'm having a real hard time convincing the SMART technical department that this is a bug (regardless of what excuse they come up with)
