Hi all, I've been saving for a year, and just bought my new game laptop. It's a top of the line game machine: Asus - Laptop / Intel® Core™ i7 Processor / 17.3" Display / 6GB Memory / 640GB Hard Drive - Black - G73JH-BST7 Problem is, I still play old games, and they aren't much better on this machine. I need a new game that will shine on this bad boy. I was playing rappelz lately. I checked out the new Vindictus, but just can't seem to get into it. How can a new game a few weeks out of beta have gold sellers spamming already? Good grief, need something else. Civ 5 has mixed reviews, thinking about buying it. Two Worlds II is looking really good, comes out in six weeks, I love the look of this: Two Worlds II - Sordahon's Journey Episode IV Video - PC - IGN I've been saving for a long time. Now that I spent my savings, and have my new machine that will have to last me for hopefully at least 5 years, I want to dive into some games that are perfect for this machine. My thoughts too. As I watch the footage, who are those people standing around? The old guys? You can bet your bottom dollar all the big wigs ie the mine owner and managers are there, to show their support on tv. The people who will get sued are there for photo ops, and will probably want to attend the above state dinner. They are covering their posteriors...

They just pulled the 10th person up from underground, each one takes about 45 minutes now to pull them up 2000+ feet.

Wow! This this rocks! I'm having a blast. Very cool stuff. I'm already under the hood tinkering with it. It has every service I would want to install, and a nice custom web-based gui (like webmin) to boot! Excellent. I'm blown away by all the features built-in, that aren't even mentioned in the documentation. That doc should be at least 200 pages long, to cover everything this does. I'm pleased to see shorewall installed and configured, I'm already tweaking it, opened 22 in rules and did a dpkg-reconfigure openssh-server so I could ssh in (I'm a command line kind of guy... an old debian zealot here). Will play with the samba to openldap next. Going to try it all I'll give a full review after I've tested it thoroughly. Great work linuxgirlie and team! Daryl

Hi all, I just found this site, very impressive. I can't believe it's been here for years. I stumbled upon it via a google search for dansguardian (I'm a huge fan). I'm a 44 y/o wm in Florida USA. It looks like most of you are overseas. I'm the IT Director (consultant) to a firm here in St Petersburg. Been an engineer all of my life. I'm a huge linux fan. You will find me active on the debian.org forums. I'm also on IRC and mailing lists at times. I find this site very interesting. I just got finished installing Karoshi, which I found here a few hours ago. Very impressive server, I'll be up late tonight playing with it. Looking forward to making some new friends here...
