Do any of the DNA features work on iOS devices or is it PCs only?

Hey all, What I am after is a solution that will stream whatever is on the classes whiteboard PC to an iPad. Does anyone know of any free suggestions? I don't want to take control of the PC with the iPad I just want to stream what is on a desktop PC to the iPad. I did use join.me for a little while but they seem to have change things a little and you have to download it everytime and it pushes lots of prompts at you about the pro version and all that jazz, so not really very friendly. Any suggestions would be great thanks.

I am looking into this myself at the moment. What I have found is join.me I've tried it a little on the free option and I think it might be what I'm after. It's owned by logmein

As far as I'm aware, adverts in apps have little to do with the device or operation system it runs on, that's down to the app it's self. I can't comment on windows mobile since I've never used it but I find the current Android much better then iOS. I personally can't think of a better way to open apps then to just pressing on them. Personally I have my most used apps in folder groups on the home screens of my devices anything else you can just get in the app "repository" for me it's just fast and fuctional way of doing things. Now regarding your hardware faults I would for sure take it back, seems you just got a "bad one".

Ah okay, I've signed up to Meraki gonna give that a go once our business manager has a credit card setup for school. Shame we can't use the vouchers we have.

Thanks for the reply AT, Just to be crystal, you don't really need to do anything with the code that are bought if you just use a single account on the iPads. All you need to do is add the purchase to your licencing records as proof of purchase?

Hi, I'm from a school with 13+ iPads, we had them in use before Apple decided to get themselves in gear about licensing so we just had the 1 iTunes account (email address) attached to all the iPads. I think I'm being blinded by my distaste for Apple products but I just can't find the answers to these simple questions anywhere. 1. Do all the iPads need to have there own individual email address/iTunes account? 2. Are we required to re-purchase all the payed for apps we had on the other iTunes account we used? I have enrolled btw. Thanks.

Basically Chrome doesn't allow the use of Roaming Profile data for things like Bookmarks they want you to use the Sync system. So everyone has to log into a google account to make it work, which is crap for a none personal computer situation. Someone already posted about this last year and as of today it's still the same, so I don't think it's something google are going to "fix" http://www.edugeek.net/forums/enterprise-software/85657-google-chrome-bookmarks.html It's a shame because I was already to deploy it, had all my permissions set and everything but I could never fix the bookmark problem so I looked it up and this is what I found. Disappointed to say the least.
