this one: it's learning 3.3 and from what i now know about it, it seems pretty darned good!

just a thought to add in. if this is part of a larger form, make sure your php feedback page carries valid form values over to the feedback page. if i fill in ten boxes then miss a drop down, i'd like the ten boxes to stay filled in or to be held in hidden inputs so i can just focus on correcting the dropdown. i guess you could rely on people clicking the back button but i've had that reset the form before (not sure if blanking the form was a browser thing or a "feature" of the page that had been coded in) hth

ok, i admit i'm not in the programming industry any more but are you sure you want to be learning v2? i had to regex my way through all of my scripts to go from v2 to v3 about a year ago. not much fun. if i was pointing anyone in the direction of a starting point, i'd say v3 all the way. however if there are jobs aplenty for v2 and that's your reasoning, fair enough.

Yes, we're using impero. It has that feature as an option. As soon as it loses network connection, it locks the screen with a message saying why. As soon as the cable is plugged in again, it unlocks again. Impero is a really good system (from a teacher's point of view - i can't speak for admins) I heartily endorse it!

We've just started using itslearning. Getting started with it because of links with our feeder schools. I'm on a steep learning curve here - about to import students into the system for the first time & I'm trying to absorb as much knowledge as possible!
