The registry value controls whether the warning balloon is displayed for network warning messages. To control the display of these warnings, follow these steps:
Click Start, click Run, type regedt32, and then click OK.
Expand the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Display Types\Balloons
Right-click Balloons, point to New, and then click DWORD value.
Type NetWarn(REG_DWORD), and then press ENTER to name the new value.
Right-click NetWarn, and then click Modify.
Click Decimal in the Base area.
In the Value data box, type one of the following:
Type 1 if you want to display warning balloons for network warning messages. This is the default behavior.
Type 0 if you want to suppress balloons for network warning messages.
