    Thanks for the info Carvjo, was a snap to deploy via ZenWorks and GPO settings. Now I can freely run .bat files for software installations, registry changes, etc.

    I am very interested in your results. This is a huge problem for us as we currently don't have an imaging solution for our Macs. I anxiously await your results.

    I can't figure this out, can someone point me in the right direction? I copy and paste the script above into apple script editor, and cannot save it. I get syntax errors, etc. What do I need to do to test one of these scripts? I need to bind 200 Macbooks to OD asap. Any help would be apprecaited!

    I use MultiPing, www multiping com (wouldn't let me post url for first post) Much cheaper than other solutions, plus try it before you buy it. Really it's nagware (meaning you never really *have* to buy it, but if you don't you always get a pop up about purchasing the software.
