Dear dadopap, You are great, can you kindly teach me steps by steps with screen captures how to make Esxi 4 networking work on WM guest? I have one NIC with a management IP which is a public IP. I can remote login/manage the Server from outside thru this IP, how can I setup to make guest OS to get thru internet? Thanks a lot!
