We have one of these boards at our school. I can't seem to find any support information on it at all. When we switch the board on, a red light flashes, then a blue light comes on, then the red flashes again and plays a tune. The whole sequence then repeats its self. On the PC, there appears to be a driver called ActivControl, which scans the serial ports but then doesn't find the board. We also have a piece of software installed called ActivStudio. Is there anyone out there with one of these boards who could point me in the direction of what may be wrong ?

The latest file version is 2.1.4028.0

I've had / fixed this. It is a MS security update applied by windows update. The version of the MovieMaker executable has been upgraded. Make sure all your machines are running with the latest exe. Sorry, I've forgotten the MS Knowledgebase number, but should point you in the right direction.
