    So I'm still going strong and actually down to 11 stone 9lb now. Still exercising around 4 times a week between running and playing football now my ankle is stronger. Hope everyone is doing well and staying strong!

    Back running the last few weeks after breaking my ankle, dropped 9lb which I put on since sitting on my backside for 4 months. So I'm back to my pre ankle break weight and now ready to kick on and hit my goal weight. Don't think I've posted here before but I started 2 years ago as 16 stone, I'm now 12 stone and half a pound, goal weight is to float just over 11 stone, I feel I'll be comfortable round that. Ran 8K on Monday, rest yesterday and ready to get out again tonight for another run. Keep up the good fight everyone

    I'm also looking in to this, got some Windows 10 laptops and the maths department want to use a Windows store app but they have to install it every time a user logs on from the Windows Store with a Microsoft ID. Hoping for a solution

    Headphones aren't left in the machines, it is just when someone bring the headphones to the machine otherwise otherwise the default is to just play through the speakers.

    Morning all Just a general question really, We've just purchased a couple of lenovo thinkcentre m72z, I wasn't about when they was installed but with them being in a library the staff disabled the sound completely and since then staff have asked for sound to be used with headphones on the machines. The problem is I can't see a way of disabled the speakers and just having sound through the headphones. I can enable the sound driver but this lets sound come through the speakers when headphones are unplugged which staff then moan about, so trying to find a speaker disabled and earphones working situation. Anyone have any of these and in a similar situation as me? Thanks

    It's all good. I took it apart after reading about the thermal switch,did that and now it is running fine. This forum is a lifesaver (and pretty much a big cash saver) Thanks

    Rang this morning and it just out of warranty. Was told it needs a deap clean, does anyone know of people in the North West area of England that can provide this service?

    One of our Sanyo PLC-XE40's has died, I know you have a support number but I'm wondering if it would be easier to post here for a solution. I'm pretty sure it is still under warranty. The projector boots up (lamp replace light is on) then switches back off after about 20 seconds. I've read a few reports here about the thermal switch but if it is under warranty then I'd rather not risk anything as it seems it is a bit of a tricky procedure. I have gave it a good clean as I can though. Serial No. is G7218833 Thanks Oh also we have tried another bulb to see if this would help but still does the same thing
