We recommend not enabling the web filtering feature as this can cause issues. Other than that, the rest of the EndPoint is a welcome improvement on 9 from a performance perspective. The website is in the process of being amended.

If you email support at yhgfl, we can make EC5 available to you individually if you wish.

I'll keep an eye out for your support call, I suspect it's because of something called "Legacy Updates" that guide should explain.
