I'm Bob Walker, and my current interest in ICT4E is due to
1. my education background (Ed.D. from the University of Massachusetts),
2. my current university teaching position at the Universidade de Brasilia, where I'm using Moodle to manage the three courses I'm teaching,
3. my current consultancy, an evaluability assessment on ICT4E in Brazil (i.e., trying to discover whether it will be feasible and worthwhile to do a major evaluation for the ministry).
