Hi! Network Inventory Advisor can do this job for you. (clearapps.com). It can automatically inventory any nubmer of computes rather fast. After network scanning you'll get detailed report which can be printed. I use it at my company. Also I used Hardware Inspector some months ago. Not bad, but it does only hardware audit.
