We have a promethean whiteboard in one of the classrooms, it does not appear to be interactive with the pen. Last week we had to keep installing the acti driver, it was there one day gone the next. In says in the control panel that it is connected. In the top left corner the blue and red lights are there, but it does not interactive with a NEW pen. Any ideas? cheers

Hi have an HP laptop with the above error message, I dont have disks to restore it and it comes up with a error message when you try to restore back to factory settings. Error code 0xe0ef0003, can anybody help? thanks
