We have 2 of these cameras in school that have developed the same fault. The screen that folds out is corrupt when you open it but fine if you use the main power button and keep the screen closed. I know theres nothing I can do except send them back but I was wondering if anyone has had similar problems or maybe ours have both been damaged in some way.

can you ping and resolve all the DCs by their FQDN?

I use textpad and save as a unix file.

I find the driver packs at http://driverpacks.net/ pick up most stuff. I have even pointed windows at the folder the extract to before and it has picked most things up as well automatically.

It's not much fun on the bike today. Just fitted a new tyre last night and its 20 MPH wind so I cant tell if its the wind or my tyre being slippery

I have been going beserk over our electricity bill at home and been testing everything to see what was using up all the power. I tested my Dell 21" Inch Trinitron monitor last night and found that in a 24 hour period were it was just plugged in and not even turned on it managed to use nearly a quarter of a KWH unit!

Well after the maths department bothered to tell me just before the lesson what was going on and I unblocked the flash on the site it still didnt work because the servers were overloaded

That wont do you any good you need some heated grips The other thing as well is its not just the cold that make your fingertips numb it's the vibration on the handlebars as well. Just dont do what someone I know did and get a heated jacket/gloves/pants etc etc. He killed his battery and had to be rescued

What I have noticed though having some 7 series cards is that a half decent 8 card was faster than my setup and therefore I have been tempted to just buy a single 8 series card but with the 9s coming out I might just wait for the prices to drop and pick up 2

Also braking too much tends to bring the bike upright which isnt desirable in some situations. The other thing worth mentioning about brakes which you will have been taught is not to grab the brake lever hard. You will lock the front wheel and down you go. This goes against your instincts but you have to train yourself to do it gradually at first like your emergency stops you practiced. I generally brake with 2 fingers then apply them all as more pressure is needed. You get done for doing that on your test though. You can go on training course as well where they teach you to ride off with the brake on until you get a feel for when you should ease off slightly to avoid locking the wheel.

If your that desperate I would think the only way would be to point them directly at windows update. You would ofc not be able to approve anything.

You can setup auditing to record certain events in AD. Its the same with files and folders. You have to enable it in group policy then set what you want to record elsewhere. Dont go to mad with selecting what you want to record though as you will end up with a full log. A quick google should supply you with a good guide

What ever the worse possible thing you can expect a car to do they generally do 50% of the time in my experience. They will either not see you or completely misjudge you speed from a rolling/standing start. If you are passing a junction where someone may pull out make sure you are nearer the centre of the road so they have a better chance of spotting you and cover your brake. If you are filtering through traffic keep an eye on their front wheels as you are approaching them. People get bored sitting in traffic and suddenly turn into a side street just as you are passing . Also in the same situation slow down and get ready to brake as you are passing junctions on the left as people let people out turning right and they pull out straight in front of you as they cant see you. Take it easy going into corners!!!! You can always speed up coming out of it when you are round it. I live round the corner from the A682 which is part of the run upto settle and Devils Bridge at Kirby Lonsdale and it it classed as one of the most dangerous roads in the country. These statistics are bumped up by all the bikers who go into the corners too fast and end up on the other side of the road and having a head on with a car. Last but not least dont be pressured to go faster when you get another bike behind you, just wave em past. Let them pinball up the road overtaking just before bends etc narrowly missing a head on with another car then cutting up another car.

You do gain some performance from an SLI setup but not as much as you would hope. I think it makes it more stable for busy periods eg lots of explosions on screen at once etc but you wont gain that much of a performance boost frame rate wise etc.

The SV 650 seems a popular choice my neighbour has just bought one as well. They seem a nice bike but the riding position is a bit too far over for me.

Supposed to be 2010 but they havent built 2 of the schools yet so I am not overly concerned for a good couple of years yet.

When I did it I am sure I ended up with 2 zones in DNS one for the old and on for the new.

Thanks for the detailed answer. There doesnt look to be visibly anything wrong with the printer. I have had a good look around. As you say the pipe must be blocked or something and the only ink that gets used is what comes in the print head. I think I will request a new printer as it is that time of year that I get my begging bowl out. Thats 2 HP inkjets that have failed on my this last year though. I have a 2800 DTN that kept zapping the chips on the magenta (again!!!) catridges and rendering them useless as the read empty is all machines!
