Its a P2055 dn - sorry for the confusion! -
Hi all! We've just rolled out RM Printer Credits at our school - to which most printers have started monitoring successfully and deducting credits. However, we're having issues with a HP P2050 Laser-jet. When we go into Management Console - the Printer Credits tab is there - however its "grayed out" Does anyone know any reason for this? We're running RM CC4 SR1. Thanks Dan
