    Hi - sounds like the same problem we had (we're on SIMS/Kaleidos too). There had been a SIMS upgrade over the Summer and that had resulted in files/paths changing and Kaleidos was out of date. A call logged to RM resulted in them logging in to the server and sorting it all out. I suggest you log a call with RM. Jennie
