RHUB's TurboMeeting is a pretty good and affordable one. Their web conferencing has the features you are looking for, like shared desktop. One neat thing about RHUB is that they have a no-download option for attending meetings. Its browser based, so as long as you can access the internet using a browser, you'll have no problem attending a meeting.
