Hi all, Just joined, i came across this website looking for employment within the education sector. Im looking for advice, guidance and what skill sets are required to gain entry as a ICT Tech within a school. I currently install networks, EPOS systems etc, currently self studying for A+ and then with a view to MCDST. Any information would be much appreciated. Regards Cyclops

Hi to everyone on the forum. I came across this website while looking for employment within the education sector and wondered if i could be given some pointers on what is required to be become a ICT Tech within education. Currenty i install networks, EPOS systems etc and have completed a CCNA course around 4 years ago, currently i am self studying A+ and then onto MCDST. I also have experience with setting up and installing OH projector systems/ AV systems. My question is what sort of skill sets are required to enter as a ICT tech and am i going down the correct path with my self study. Any guidance would be much appreciated. Regards Cyclops
