  1. Could you confirm something for me... they have implemented groups but still no shared accounts? Are shared accounts still planned for 2026 or is it now 2027 How do you all deal with people belonging to multiple departments? Are you not using shared accounts within your schools? Also... just reading above about the struggles with the install that might finally be improved this year, is... worrying. Hive is not new, how is it not sorted by now? I am looking at moving away from MF but the Canon Cloud Solution seems way more mature and feature rich. It does tie you in to Canon but it seems so much better from what I have seen. Does anyone disagrees?
  2. And : https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/6a2fbb99d95ffddb05d4b014/UAP1_2205_PR.pdf I am curious to know the approach that will be taken regarding education especially regarding YouTube. So as this develops further and becomes law, feel free to update this post with any bits of info you see. Many thanks
  3. We have the Perform tier, so we would have the store... my problem is getting Finance to say goodbye to SCO. Any other issues I should be aware of out of interest?
  4. There is an MSI, you just need to ask them to send it to you everytime they update (some kind of mailing list?). I get a regular email from Christophe Malapris with the latest update if it helps. But yes... I can not wait to get rid of this fake cloud product in favour of Arbor Pay.

  7. Just testing the water to see if I am the only site affected... BT cloud voice has been upgraded and you now login via https://secure.business.bt.com/ To get there I had to go through some steps to "upgrade" my account. I'm in but the setup is not complete. Basically, it tells me I need to complete some steps but 1) I completed all I could complete and 2) there is an issue with my email/domain and this specifically is the root of the issue. In the profile section, there is an option to resend the email to finish the setup but when I click this, it says "Invalid format. Email address must be in the format username@domain with no spaces" The email is correct (for one, it gets me in secure.business.bt.com), no space... but if you are in doubt: BT tried and they faced the same issue. They quickly concluded that my weird "...kent.sch.uk" domain is the issue (though I told them this type of domain was common amongst UK schools) and told me to use another email with a short domain and .com. Obviously I am not setting up a new email for all the users, so I told them to fix the issue instead. They created a call and promptly closed it which fills me with hope. I emailed a bunch of people I have dealt with at BT and all have been quiet (for now, I will blame the holidays). Anyone with an incompatible email on the new BT Cloud voice portal?
  8. The server doesn't want to validate IIS AppPool\extranet as it is not listed in AD. Have I skipped a step somewhere? IE only is affected: the quota bar for example appears on Firefox. What I tried... Enable XMLHTML suppport was already done. Removing the antivirus didn't fix it. Adding the website in trusted websites didn't fix it. Setting all security to Low didn't fix it.
  9. Internet Explorer 8 on windows 7 and also on the server (2008 R2)
  10. I have setup HAP on server 2008 R2. It's running, you can access the documents and shares, users are detected with AD but I must be missing something obvious... -Clicking on announcements as admin doesn't do anything. -I see links for "Me, password, tickets, bookings" but nothing else appears (I would expect this with bookings as none exists) and clicking on them doesn't do anything. -The quota bar doesn't show (I added all our user servers - no change) -Creating a new ticket, you can type a subject and a room but nothing else. -Boking system, links don't go anywhere. When loading HAP, IE shows a warning sign. Webpage error details Message: ASP.NET Ajax client-side framework failed to load. Line: 52 Char: 34 Code: 0 Message: 'Type' is undefined Line: 2 Char: 1 Code: 0 Message: 'Sys' is undefined Line: 73 Char: 1 Code: 0 Message: 'Sys' is undefined Line: 1 Char: 1 Code: 0 Message: 'Sys' is undefined Line: 323 Char: 106 Code: 0 One thing I saw in webconfig... "Under IIS7.5, the application pool identity will be IIS APPPOOL\$apppool$, where $apppool$ is the application pool have is running under. You will need to grant permission to the App_Data folder to this user" What exactly do you have to do here?
