Hi, in T6 you can use the Analysis process screen to carry out useful financial planning. You can assign scores (costs) to resources (teachers/rooms/facilities) then carry out analysis by period, by class, etc. This will give you costs per lesson, class sizes, etc. Sadly at the moment T6 does not read in "live" figures of class memberships from SIMS (future release) but you can assign expected/planned figures into the curriculum model. I've come across this issue a number of times. For me, most frequently, it is a pre-admission student being given an admission status of Accepted during the summer so that they can be assigned classes in preparation for September. Once the classes have been assigned (and marksheets created) September comes around, the pupil doesn't show and the Application status is set to Withdrawn. To fix, Focus > Admission > Application > then set all filters to All/Any and locate record. Change admission status to accepted then remove from Curriculum structures for the whole of the academic year. Return to admission area and set record back to withdrawl.
