I've been putting our Dell 2100s through their paces for the last few weeks, and are really liking them so far. I put together some info and tips & tricks that could be helpful on my blog Dell Latitude 2100 “kidbook” - Detailed First Impressions and Tips. Getting the screen back to its "native" resolution, getting the integrated digital mic to work, and updating the memory are a little tricky and different than other laptops we have used before. Bruce
