Don't know if this is still a problem for anyone but I copied the TotalLock.exe to a shared drive with permissions to read and execute for teaching and non-teaching staff, works a treat. The problem with these drives is that they attempt to copy the total lock exe to the C:\ drive, in your user profile temp folders which sets all sorts of alarm bells ringing. Rick.

Hi Nick, We're running IIS6 on Server2003 with RM CC3 ( nothing but the best for us ) and have finally been given the go-ahead to scrap easylink. I followed your install and config vids but testing the site fails after logging in: Configuration Error Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately. Parser Error Message: Could not load file or assembly 'MGS' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. This caused by the following line : I have logged in to the server using this account so it's not permissions. Do you have any idea what might be causing it ? Thanks. Rick.
