This worked for me too. I am in the same position now too, server seems fine, clients are having none of it! Will get the edexcel helpdesk to talk me through it today.

Hi, I hope this is in the right place, I couldnt find a more relevant forum. Myself and the other ICT Techie at our school have been asked to carry out DSE Risk Assesments on every machine on site, this has never been mentioned before in our 3+ years here:eek: Altho we are confident in the quality of work on anything we've set up our concern is that we are both A+ certified and working on either MCSE or Cisco courses, neither of us have been on a course relating specifically to the health and safety of DSE and its regulations. Are we in a position to complete these assesments and stick our names on the bottom? The assesment mentions completion of an action plan once the workstation has been assesed, are we in a position to complete this? We have no one in charge of H&S on site to ask. Are we being over cautious or is this the norm? Thank you.
