  1. My mum made me one of these when I was a kid. I wasn't disappointed with it. Could even stand on it it was that strong, can't do that with the plastic ones.
  2. Sorry Col but this needs to happen. Edit. The drag race, not the stevie hate.
  3. How can you be tnetennba? I thought it was a noun? "Good morning, that's a nice tnetennba"

Well I know what I'm doing next week.
  5. Shhh don't say that... of course I'd still buy from them. Their machines are great and the purple beauties that we have are a great talking point when people come in. Plus the kids love them because they are well built and of a good spec. If you have any problems support is great and just a call away. There, @VeryPC how bad will you feel after that glowing review if you didn't do the drag race (for the record I'd also be ok with street count down).
  6. I'd like to mention that if next week isn't a drag race I'd seriously have to consider whether I'd buy anything from VeryPC again.
  7. Downloading as we speak. Which I'll probably regret. I've found fond memories are sometimes best left at that. I tried to re watch the power ranges movie a while ago. Ruined that memory for me.
  8. Well I've done what I should have done at the start. I've grabbed a table from the Chronology of RTS games from Wiki, Sorted By Sci-Fi Genre of games up to 2002 for Windows and gone down the list. It's Enemy Nations
  9. Still got a few C&C on disc. Downloaded Red Alert 3 but not played it much, I tend to focus on base building and was getting smashed all the time.
  10. It was land based.
  11. Don't think it was either of those either. I've spent ages going trough screenshots of RTS games on google.
  12. No, I don't think so. I remember it being much more dark and industrial looking. Your construction units were like little JCBs
  13. Although you were playing a Generic block tower game so the rules could have been anything.
  14. Hi All, I saw that someone had created a forgotten book post and it gave me the idea to ask about a game I've been trying to find. When I was younger I had a friend that had an RTS game that I remember really liking but not getting to play much (one of those friends who let you watch). I have no idea of the name but I'm quite into playing retro games. It was a Sci-Fi RTS about colonization. At the start you got to pick a race out of lots of alien species and human. The only other thing I can remember about it you could build roads that would enable your units to move quicker between your structures. Also this would have been around 2000-2001 Any Ideas?
  15. Although, to be fair (and I'm sorry about this teamcol) but you made an illegal move. You took one from the second row before the top row was complete.
  16. Wow £2 coin for the coin toss... Someone does ok don't they.
  17. Not going to be much help but we had a member of staff's emails going into the spam folder despite have any internal emails not supposed to go to the spam folder. She recedntly got married and needed her name changing any way. After the name change her emails weren't getting flagged as spam anymore.
  18. I'v just thought and sorry if I've missed it, but what happened to @Gonk's theme tune for this year? I saw the trailer but can't remember seeing the finished product. Don't tell me he sold out and worked during the holy month of socktober.
  19. Would it be possible to use the built in csv library? or are they already created XLS files.
  20. some text to make the post long enough
  21. Sorry, that's what I was asking. Would the Edugeek app show up as Android browser or something else.
  22. Does this account for people using the Android or iOS apps?
